Ways to spend your time artistically

Many of us tend to get bored of making drawings in our sketchbooks at times. Some might think they are experiencing an artist block at such times. But it is not the reason! It's perfectly okay to feel bored with making the same kind of art again and again. At such times it is important for artists to find alternate ways through which they can express themselves artistically. In this blog post, I will tell you some ways through which you can spend your time artistically.

1. Rearrange your space creatively

    I personally find this tip very useful, as I love redecorating my room from time to time. It doesn't matter if you don't have your own room! Find your cozy corner where you feel most creative and surround yourself with the things that inspire you. You can also decorate the space with plants and lights. Putting up pictures is also a great way to give your space a new look.

2. Step out of your comfort zone!

   Many of us try to make art with the materials and mediums we are comfortable with. It's time to stop doing that! Try to experiment with other materials and mediums to enhance your creativity.

For example, if you usually make watercolor paintings, try to paint using acrylic. If you are comfortable with using paper, try using a canvas.

3. Customize!

    Try to customize your plain T-shirts, pouches, denim, and other items to suit your personalities. You can also create your own stickers to customize your folders, sketchbook and notebook covers, etc.

4. Collab with other artists!

    If you have any other artist friends, collab with them! Mix your art styles and create a masterpiece!

Collaborating is also a great way to explore different art styles and get inspired by other artists.
