Hey readers!
We all have those times when all we wanna do is get under the cozy blanket and sleep tight. But, when you have a whole list of work to complete, it's hard to sleep peacefully in the middle of the day, isn't it? Then there are times when you just don't feel the motivation to do anything. In this blog post, I'll tell you a few tips to get out of your cocoon of demotivation and get productive.
1. Get up and wash your face!

2. Drink some water
Stay hydrated!
3. Clean your surroundings
For me, this is the most common cause of demotivation. When your surroundings aren't clean, its really hard to stay motivated.
4. Create a to-do list
Prioritize your tasks. When you know what you need to do, it's easier to focus. If possible, allot a particular time for all your tasks.

5. Avoid distractions!
If you feel your phone is the cause of your distraction, keep it out of reach.
6. Take breaks!
Even if you feel like you can work continuously for more than 2 hours, the truth is you can't. If you don't take breaks, your brain will stop focusing and start getting distracted easily. I find the Pomodoro technique really helpful. I usually prefer working for 25 minutes and taking a 5-minute break. If you're working for a very long time, then it's better to take a longer break in between.
7. Reward yourself
If you reach your goal, reward yourself! It could be an hour of free time or even a favorite snack. Be nice to yourself and just do your best.
I hope these tips were helpful and you are surfing on a wave of positivity after reading this ;). Drop ideas for future posts in the comments! Stay tuned for more content!
