Tips to feel happy

We all have those days when we just don't have the motivation to do ANYTHING. Some days its sadness or some days its just plain laziness. In this post, I'm going to be sharing 5 tips to boost your mood!
2. Happy quotes I love filling my room with all sorts of happy and motivating quotes. You can either do that or have a quote book or even a Pinterest board full of your favorite happy quotes. Just looking at a cluster of inspiring quotes when you're feeling down is simply exhilarating!
3. Self-care If you're feeling stressed, just leave whatever is stressing you for some time and do something relaxing that you love! 4. Listen to something inspiring Find an inspiring podcast or watch videos of someone you admire.
5. Talk to someone Talking to someone who makes you happy, like a bestie, a sibling, or your parents is sure to boost your mood!
